Phoebe is founder and senior consultant at CAPS, LLC. She has over 25 years of experience in the conference and event management industry. As a technical consultant, she has provided expert logistical support and management in highly specialized areas such as marketing and promotion of conferences and workshops, public relations, site inspection and selection and budget preparation.

Phoebe remains a critical part of the CAPS team and a mentor to the associate consultants. She primarily manages international clientele, handling site inspections and meeting arrangements for executive boards. Phoebe and her husband currently split their time between Chicago and Northern Indiana.

Kristen Jacobucci | Associate Consultant

Kristen is an associate consultant specializing in event logistics and marketing at CAPS, LLC. She has been a member of the CAPS team since 2001 and has managed a large variety of meetings ranging from small executive forums to large association conferences both domestically and internationally.

Kristen has a background in sales and holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Indiana. She currently lives in Northern Indiana with her husband and two children.

Traci Wei | Associate Consultant

Traci is an associate consultant specializing in technology and marketing. She joined the CAPS team in autumn of 2007 and has managed several association conferences both domestically and internationally. Traci comes to the CAPS team from parent company Apogee Strategies LLC where she was a development project manager for three years prior.

Traci holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a M.S. in Telecommunications from DePaul University. She currently lives in Chicago with the official CAPS mascot, Dexter the Dachshund.
